I’m sure there are a lot of people who have seen the sci-fi TV series, the X Files which started in 1993. Even those of you don’t watch the series will at least know that David Duchovny plays agent Fox Mulder and Gillian Anderson, Dana Scully.

Anyway, on July 25th the second X Files film will come out to movie theaters. Thanks to director Chris Carter it will again feature the main characters. It’s known that film has been in the planning stage since 2001 and that shooting only started six years later in 2007.

There’s still not much information about the film, but we do know that X Files 2 will not be similar with the first series. It will be an original movie in its own right. Posters were hard to find and FilmSchoolRejects was one of the firsts to upload what there is.
